Betsey Baio has volunteered at Rosa Mystica Shrine for over twenty years and has served on the Board of Directors for more than a decade. A convert to the Catholic faith, she credits Noreen Von Zwehl as a significant influence in her faith journey.

Betsey and her husband, Frank, have owned and operated New York Pizzeria in New Berlin since 1982, and she is the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren. Her commitment to faith, family, and service continues to guide her support of Rosa Mystica Shrine.
