It is the mission of the Rosa Mystica Shrine to fulfill the heavenly commission given to Mother Elena Leonardi: to build a House of Prayer where the message of Our Lady of Rosa Mystica—proclaimed through Pierina Gilli and approved by the Vatican—is lived out daily through prayer, penance, and sacrifice, especially for the sanctification of our priests.
At our shrine in Edmeston, New York—chosen, according to her testimony, by coordinates from the Blessed Virgin, we stand with Our Lady in ceaseless prayer, offering each day for the restoration of the holy priesthood throughout the world.
We welcome all pilgrims seeking healing, reconciliation, and peace, inviting them to join in this work of grace. For when we pray for our priests, we pray for the heart of the Church. And when we strengthen the priesthood, we renew the Church throughout the world.
From the spring in Montichiari, Italy, to the healing lake at the Rosa Mystica Shrine in Edmeston, New York, the same grace flows.
