Joann M. Kaplan serves as a Trustee and Corresponding Secretary of Rosa Mystica Shrine and is an integral part of the Shrine’s mission behind the scenes. From her home on Long Island, she faithfully coordinates the Shrine’s novenas and leads the weekly Monday evening Zoom Rosary, helping to unite a growing community devoted to prayer.

A former educator and successful business owner—having founded a company that places professionals in school districts with a focus on administrative roles—Joann also brings valuable leadership experience from her time serving on a Board of Education. Deeply rooted in her Catholic faith, she leads numerous prayer groups and serves as Director of Faith Formation in her local parish.

A devoted wife, mother, and lifelong advocate for faith and service, Joann has been passionately dedicated to the message of Rosa Mystica for decades, quietly and faithfully supporting its mission in countless ways.
