Field of Crosses

A field of crosses is on the grounds surrounding the giant Crucifix and Padre Pio grotto.  A paved pathway winds through the field of these beautiful cross memorials. These memorial crosses are placed here to honor or remember a loved one. The crosses are hand-made by artists from around the globe. Our larger crosses are buried in concrete for lasting stability. Installed on sacred ground these crosses emulate the famous "Hill of Crosses" in Lithuania. Each cross is numbered and dated.
